Working at the intersection of design, technology, and business

I help organizations turn ambiguity into opportunity through human-centered design, innovation strategy, and venture building. My work sits across service and experience design, research leadership, and 0→1 product management, where I connect business goals with real customer needs to shape products, services, and new ventures that drive meaningful results.

I tend to work where strategy, design, and human behavior intersect. Over the past several years, I’ve led global research, venture, and innovation efforts across both regulated and non-regulated sectors, including Technology, Financial Services, and Hospitality/Travel. Much of my work involves partnering closely with senior executives and founders to turn early insight into clear product and venture direction.

My projects have taken me across five continents, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches to inform product development, venture creation, and broader business transformation. Before Deloitte Digital, I built my foundation at IDEO, Fidelity Labs, and IA Collaborative, working on complex, early-stage innovation challenges.

I hold a Master of Design in Design Strategy & Innovation and an MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Earlier in my career, I founded two small businesses, taught in the classroom, and worked as a mountaineering guide. Those experiences continue to shape how I operate — comfortable in ambiguity, practical in execution, and focused on helping teams move from idea to something real.

In my free time, I’m running or skiing in the mountains with my soon-to-be-wife and our dog Jet, or day dreaming about a new business idea.  And music... lots and lots of music.
